MARWI Taiwan initiated an industry chain upgrade in 2013, focusing on innovative design, simulation analysis, and product development verification capabilities. Manufacturing and production have gradually introduced automated production equipment for pedal bodies, including plastic injection molding, aluminum alloy die-casting, CNC automated machining, and precision centerless grinding, all produced and processed in-house. Automated production equipment for pedal axles utilizes the latest five-mold, five-stroke machines, providing more accurate calibrations and true roundness, meeting the high standardization requirements of automated assembly lines. Since 2020, MARWI Taiwan has also been promoting an AI-driven flexible smart production project to advance towards intelligent manufacturing.
